Titanic is the story of Rose and Jack, separated by class, who fall in love on the "Titanic". Unfortunately, the ship hits an ice berg and Rose and Jack become the two unluckiest people in the world. And the rest is history. The beginning half was kind of boring. It was a sappy love story, the scenes dragged out for too long and the acting was borderline over-acting. It was still pretty good though. I would give the beginning half 70% or 80%. But then the second half just blew my mind. It had great suspense, action, special effects. The second half could have been released on it's own, and been filed as a disaster film (HISTORIC disaster film). The second half I give a perfect 100%. Is it the greatest film ever made? No, definitely not. It's too cliched and predictable. But it still is a damn good movie. I highly recommend it to anyone who has three and a half hours to spare. 8.5

This movie was really good. I wasn't sure what to expect from all the mixed reviews I kept hearing. But it was great, not Marty's best movie, but still pretty good (and surprisingly short). Great performances from the cast, especially Leo. I guess the reason most people don't like this movie is because they don't like thinking while watching movies, they just expect everything to be written in stone for them. Probably the same people who didn't like "The Usual Suspects", or "Memento". My opinion is watch this movie if you ever get the chance! 8.3

This movie was pretty good. Not as scary as I thought it would be. I never really jumped out of my seat like they always show in those stupid commercials. People say that this movie is really unique, but the only unique thing about it is that it made with a hand-held camera. Besides that, it is pretty much like every other horror movie. I found it took too long and they could've done so much more with this idea, they would have cut half the talking from this and added more demon scenes I would give this movie a higher score. The ending was the only thing that really creeped me out, there were other scary parts, when she gets dragged off the bed, the Ouija board scene. But the ending was just perfect. The screaming stops, soft footsteps up the stairs, then BOOM Micah's body is thrown at the camera, great ending. Most horror movies I would pass aside and not bother recommending, but this was actually decent. 6.3/10
